正式會員 Full Member

凡於香港輔助醫療業管理局（Supplementary Medical Professions Council of Hong Kong）註冊，並於私人執業的物理治療師，經申請及執行委員會審批後，方可成為正式會員。 年費：港幣 HKD 2,000 Any physiotherapist duly registered with the Supplementary Medical Professions Council of Hong Kong who is in private practice may become a Full Member, subject to application, approval by the Executive Council, and payment of the prescribed fee. Annual membership fee: HKD 2,000

附屬會員  Associate Member

具備物理治療師資格但非屬私人執業者，經申請及執行委員會審批後，可成為附屬會員。 年費：港幣 HKD 2,000 A physiotherapist who is not in private practice may apply to become an Associate Member, subject to approval by the Executive Council and payment of the prescribed fee. Annual membership fee: HKD 2,000

學生會員 Student Member

凡就讀於認可院校，並修讀導致符合《附表二》所列資歷課程之學生，經本會執行委員會審批及完成會籍申請程序者，可獲接納為學生會員。 學生會員在修讀認可課程期間，無須繳付會費。 學生會員權益   a. 參與本會舉辦的活動   b. 使用本會提供的設施   c. 接收本會出版的刊物與資訊 學生會員不得參選或在選舉中投票。   會籍有效期 : 學生會籍將於該學生成功獲香港物理治療師管理委員會確認為「註冊物理治療師」後自動失效。  立即申請： https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeEeFf6IHHeSTHG5j9pbo40zjZUDx24im5cCBULyTaJoZtySw/viewform Any person who is studying in a program from a recognized institution, leading to a qualification defined in Schedule 2, may become a Student Member upon application to and approval from the Executive Council and payment of the prescribed fee. Student Members shall enjoy the following privileges: a. The right to participate in the activities of the Association   b. The right to use the facilities provided by the Association   c. The right to receive publications from the Association Student Members are not entitled to stand for election or vote in elections. 為私人物理治療設施的擁有人 Physiotherapists who are owners of private physiotherapy facilities 在私人物理治療設施中提供物理治療服務 Physiotherapists delivering services in private physiotherapy facilities 以自僱形式提供物理治療服務 Physiotherapists providing services on a self-employment basis

下列情況不屬於私人執業： It does not include:

於醫院管理局、私家醫院或大學任職的物理治療師 Physiotherapists working in the Hospital Authority, private hospital, or university 於非政府機構（NGO）工作的物理治療師 Physiotherapists working in a non-governmental organization (NGO)
